1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Alakis Virtual's website and workforce services. By engaging our virtual workforce solutions, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

Alakis Virtual provides managed remote workforce solutions including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Sales Representatives
  • Customer Support Agents
  • Lead Generation Specialists
  • Social Media Managers
  • eCommerce Operations Staff
  • Administrative & Back Office Support
  • CRM & Data Management Personnel

All services are delivered under a defined service agreement and documented scope of work.

3. Service Structure

Alakis Virtual operates under a managed model: dedicated personnel assigned to clients, performance tracking & reporting, internal supervision, and KPI-based accountability. Virtual staff operate under Alakis Virtual's employment structure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear job descriptions and KPIs
  • Provide necessary tools, platform access, and credentials
  • Maintain lawful business operations
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Delays caused by lack of client communication may impact performance outcomes.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Late payments may result in suspension of assigned personnel
  • Contract termination requires written notice as per agreement

6. Performance Expectations

While Alakis Virtual ensures structured supervision and reporting, business results depend on market conditions and client strategy. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes. KPIs must be mutually agreed upon.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Customer databases
  • Sales records
  • Operational strategies
  • Financial information

Confidential information must not be disclosed without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed: client-owned materials remain property of the client; internal systems, SOPs, and frameworks remain property of Alakis Virtual.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Alakis Virtual staff may operate on third-party tools such as CRM platforms, eCommerce systems, social media platforms, and communication tools. We are not liable for downtime, restrictions, or changes imposed by these platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alakis Virtual shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect financial losses
  • Platform policy violations by clients
  • Client-side mismanagement
  • Market fluctuations

Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service period.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice as per contractual agreement. Upon termination: access credentials must be revoked; outstanding invoices must be cleared; data transfer arrangements (if required) will be coordinated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable commercial and employment-related regulations.
